Ajay brings a rare combination of corporate depth and strategic breadth - having served as Global HR Head for the Zenises Group across UAE, South Africa, and Europe, and as General Manager (HR) at Lanco Infratech and Senior Manager (HR) at NTPC, India's largest power company.
